Ah award season, quite possibly my favorite season of the year. And out of all of the different award shows, I’d have to say that my favorite is The Grammys. They never disappoint with stunning attire, high-profile presenters and, of course, incredible performances. For the best possible viewing experience, I’ve compiled a short list of the top electronics for watching/critiquing/listing/singing along to The Grammys.
Televisions are evaluated on several factors including design, features, picture quality and value. For The Grammys, you have to go with a television that offers the best picture quality. How else would you be able to accurately copy J. Laws red carpet look without a crystal clear screen?
If you want to feel like you’re at the awards singing right alongside Meghan Trainor and John Legend, I would suggest going with a projector. Some projectors can end up costing more than a television, especially if you purchase a projection screen with it, but how can you pass up the opportunity to see a life-sized Beyoncé? They are also great for hosting parties if you wanted to invite back up dancers, I mean friends, over to watch it with you.
Any good sound system begins with a great speaker. You’ll want to look for a speaker that offers the best sound quality but still stays within your budget. In my case, I went with a speaker that could enhance (aka tune out) my singing during The Grammys.
If you already have a home sound system but want to give it an extra boost, look into purchasing a sound bar. Sound bars offer clear and dynamic sound and are a much cheaper solution than purchasing a whole new sound system.
